About The Position

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for scheduling product deliveries and managing all related documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between Milgard delivery drivers, warehouse operations, and external customers to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience utilizing an enterprise system; manufacturing environment experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience handling multiple phone lines and high-volume customer interactions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• college coursework or degree preferred
• Experience in window sales or customer service is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and support to the Milgard customer base
• Schedule product deliveries and prepare all corresponding delivery paperwork accurately and on time
• Serve as the primary point of contact between delivery drivers, warehouse teams, and external customers
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers regarding delivery status, product concerns, and business-related issues
• Process and review service requests in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Proactively notify customers of any delivery delays, challenges, or changes related to their window and/or door orders
• Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production teams, and Scheduling team members to support overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and data within enterprise systems
