Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to contribute to our Operations team in Jackson, TN. The Operations team serves a key role within the organization, ensuring that distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency. Requirements
- 6 months continuous work experience
Responsibilities
- Assembles cartons for orders, secures product, seals the carton, labels carton, and sends down the appropriate shipping line based on routing instructions.
- Lifts cartons on and off conveyors to send down the appropriate shipping line for pickup carrier.
- Corrects carton weight as needed.
- Ensures all paperwork is attached to completed export shipments.
- Prints shipping labels.
- Ensures DHL shipments match end of day manifest.
