About The Position

Balanced Body is hiring a Shipping Clerk! Keep our goods moving. You'll be the operational backbone of the Balanced Body shipping department — coordinating domestic and international shipments, handling export documentation, and working cross-functionally with customers and our sales team to get the job done right, every time.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse facility
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull 50-75 lbs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Able to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadline
  • Shows willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is highly desired
  • Knowledge of MS Office is preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping documents is preferred
  • Knowledge of FedEx shipment processing is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day shipping operations with precision and consistency
  • Prepare and process domestic and international export documentation
  • Communicate proactively with customers, peers, and the sales team
  • Maintain high accuracy and strong organizational standards throughout
  • Follow all established safety protocols — always
  • Take on additional duties as the team needs
  • Clean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock
  • Pull materials against orders, then assemble and pack them for delivery
  • Maintain and document equipment, security, and safety information
  • Review incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items
