Shipping Clerk
About The Position
The Shipping Clerk ensures products are accurately stored in the warehouse and prepares orders for shipment to customer sites according to established processes. The role involves labeling and metering packages using various freight systems and processing orders in the ERP system. The clerk also maintains a safe and clean warehouse, prepares for the following day’s shipping activities, and supports organizational initiatives and applicable management systems and regulatory requirements. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes and long XX at all times. Shorts, hats, and tank tops or cutoff shirts are prohibited. XX must be worn at waist level so undergarments are not visible. Hooded sweatshirts are permitted if the hood stays down. Shirts with potentially offensive slogans, pictures, words, or images and sunglasses on the distribution center floor are not allowed.
