About The Position

As a Shipping Clerk and Backup Delivery Driver at Fenix Parts, you will support logistics operations by processing and shipping automotive parts to meet customer satisfaction standards. The role includes shipping and receiving small packages through third-party carriers, inspecting parts before shipment, entering shipping information into the YMS system, preparing parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks, and performing general warehouse duties. You may also run delivery routes when required based on staffing and demand. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move or lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift operation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipping and receiving of small packages through third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet Fenix quality standards before shipment.
• Accurately enter shipping information into the YMS system.
• Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to shipping duties.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace free of debris.
• Run delivery routes when required based on staffing and demand.
