About The Position

Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Shipping Clerk at their facility in Kernersville, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have previous logistics experience. This is a full-time position that will report to the North Carolina Plant Manager, Jaime Tidwell.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required
At least 18 years of age
Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
Accurate and detail oriented
Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
Working knowledge of Excel is required

Nice To Haves

Previous logistics- flatbed scheduling experience desired

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
Ensure employees that are required to wear respirators are clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
