About The Position

Under the supervision of the Group Leader, you will prepare orders to be shipped to customers via carriers. This is a temporary 3-month position. EXFO develops intelligent software and hardware solutions to test, monitor and analyze the performance of telecommunications networks. Requirements

6 months of relevant experience.
Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
Secondary 5 education (or equivalent).
Computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
Meticulous, methodical, and organized.
Respect for deadlines.
Sense of responsibility.
Autonomy.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

Retrieve devices and accessories required for each order, including safe handling and material management.
Package products appropriately according to current work instructions, ensuring equipment protection during transport.
Correctly label packages for clear identification and compliance with carrier requirements.
Enter data into the computer system (SAP or other), including shipment confirmation, printing delivery slips, and tracking shipments.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines and ensure order accuracy.
Perform any other related tasks.
