About The Position

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outbound and inbound shipments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of goods. This role supports warehouse and logistics operations through shipment tracking, documentation, and communication with carriers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with shipping software or ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including BOLs, labels, and manifests
  • Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments with carriers and warehouse staff
  • Verify shipment accuracy and maintain shipping records
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status
  • Maintain organized shipping files and documentation
  • Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
