About The Position

As a Shipping Clerk and backup delivery driver at Fenix Parts, you will support logistics operations by processing and shipping automotive parts to meet customer satisfaction standards. You will manage small-package shipping and receiving through third-party carriers, inspect parts before shipment, enter shipping information into the YMS system, and stage parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks. The role also includes general warehouse duties, safe forklift operation, and maintaining a clean, debris-free workspace. You will run delivery routes when required based on staffing and demand.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move or lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift operation experience is highly preferred.
• Transitioning military professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of small packages using third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet Fenix quality standards before shipment.
• Accurately enter shipping information into the YMS system.
• Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to shipping duties.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and keep the workspace clean and free of debris.
• Run delivery routes when required based on staffing and demand.
