About The Position

Key Position Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Reads and understands packing, marking and shipping instructions. - Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. - Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries. - Inspect packaging and verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations. - Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. - Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. - Assist in receiving product from vendors and scanning and organizing documentation in preparation for inspection - Assist in inventory management and stock control (Cycle Counts). - Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies. - Assist with packaging and preparing outgoing work for vendor processing - Work with the Assembly and Vibro Departments as needed - Be available for overtime and extended weekend hours as needed for month end closings. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be computer literate. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Intermediate or advanced knowledge a plus.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to fluently read, work and follow instructions in English.
  • Possess a Class C, California Driver’s License.
  • Maintain good driver safety record. (Must provide DMV record annually).
  • Require forklift certification.

  • Attention to detail, pay specific attention to tasks
  • Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained.
  • Employees will participate as required in understanding, implementing and maintaining the Company Quality Policy in accordance with AS-9100C and/or ISO-9001:2008 requirements.
  • Position works around machinery and equipment. The employee is expected to access, enter, and retrieve data by using a computer terminal. This position requires employee to stand for 8 hours. The position requires employee to drive a delivery vehicle. The position requires lifting parts up to 40 lbs. unassisted. The employee must often bend and reach to load, unload, or stack materials on equipment, in delivery truck or van. The employee also moves throughout the building to collect, deliver and handle production parts.
