Requirements

• One year of experience loading freight by hand in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• One year of experience using RF or handheld scanners.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturdays; work hours depend on workflow and season.
• Ability to stand and walk and work on concrete surfaces for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually, above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Load window units into trucks using carts and hand carts, stacking units safely and securely.
• Pull units from staging bays using a pick sheet and load them onto carts.
• Scan units onto trucks using handheld scanners.
• Communicate with other team members.
• Stage window units from production lines into staging bays.
• Assist with other department tasks as needed, including housekeeping and unloading trailers.
• Wear proper safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
