About The Position

The Shipping Associate Tray Wash fills orders and counts, loads, and unloads product on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule. The position requires demonstrating competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. The role is very physical: it requires using a hand truck to transport stacked products weighing up to 400 pounds for distances up to 300 feet, continuously throughout the day, into and out of transport trucks and up and down 30-degree slopes. It also requires stooping, bending, and lifting 20-pound product containers from floor level to a height of 7-1/2 feet.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
Ability to use a hand truck to move stacked products weighing up to 400 pounds for up to 300 feet continuously throughout the day, into and out of trucks and up and down 30-degree slopes.
Ability to stoop, bend, and lift 20-pound product containers from floor level to 7-1/2 feet.
