We are looking for a proactive team player who can manage complex documentation, oversee loading operations, and help us maintain our high standards of safety and ISO-certified quality.

Requirements

Ability to legibly write and accurately complete complex shipping forms and documents.
Strong multi-tasking abilities across all areas of warehouse and shipping operations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve work-related problems in a timely, efficient manner.
Excellent communication skills for providing feedback to management and directing team activities.
Commitment to maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and adhere to technical work instructions and quality management protocols.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Review orders and shipping notices to set priorities and determine the best transport methods.
Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
Prepare and maintain essential shipping records, including bills of lading, labels, and inventory logs.
Direct the movement of goods from the dock to storage and plan the layout of outbound loads.
Perform routine safety checks on material handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
