About The Position

This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly and packaging of orders for shipment. The operator will pick and sort products, package them according to customer specifications, and ensure order accuracy. Maintaining inventory of packaging supplies and assisting with special projects are also key functions. The position requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and possess excellent finger dexterity for working with small parts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
  • Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
  • Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must have exceptional finger dexterity
  • Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time

  • Previous shipping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Pick and sort product from inventory to fill orders
