About The Position
This is a full-time position on the 1st shift with a salary range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. The role involves operating a Foam Rail machine, monitoring materials, creating different size materials using molds, assisting in physical inventories, completing daily quality checks, cleaning machinery, and assisting the Purchasing Supervisor and Material Handlers. The position requires the ability to drive a forklift, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, bend or stoop for up to 4 hours, and work safely around heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will understand job functions and safety procedures, and be willing to work overtime.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- High school degree
- Forklift license (training and certification provided)
- Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Operate Foam Rail machine
- Monitor foam rail materials during production
- Create different size materials based on proper molds
- Assist in Physical Inventories
- Complete daily Quality checks
- Clean machine and maintain tools and dies
- Assist in assignments given by Purchasing Supervisor and working with Material Handlers
- All other duties as assigned
