About The Position

Join the team at McCandless Truck Center - Aurora as a Shipping and Receiving associate. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products while maintaining organization and efficiency within the warehouse. This position plays a critical part in our supply chain operations and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow company policies and safety regulations consistently
