About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Associate, otherwise known as Supply Chain Specialist, works at Catapult warehouse locations to ensure clinical supplies and equipment inventory is accounted for, packaged, and ready to be shipped to clinic team members or clinics directly.

  • Previous shipping/receiving or fulfillment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, allocation, and assembly of clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Pack and ship supplies and equipment for clinic events.
  • Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and any required documentation (e.g., customs forms).
  • Stage, organize, and load outbound shipments for carrier pickup (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight).
  • Plan and prepare ice packs and coolers for daily shipments.
  • Process returned shipments from clinic events ensuring damaged supplies are removed and excess usable supplies are added back to inventory.
  • Perform and update inventory counts, make necessary inventory adjustments, and maintain up-to-date equipment documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and (if certified) forklifts safely.
  • Communicate shipment tracking information with onsite teams, as needed.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance ensuring clinical equipment is clean and functional; troubleshooting equipment or sending out for repair, as needed.
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of warehouse and local office space.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
