We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our operations team. The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the Bluewave warehouse. This position is responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate records — all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Certified to operate forklifts or willing to obtain certification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using inventory management or ERP systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
Prepare and package outbound orders for timely, safe, and accurate delivery to customers.
Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Coordinate shipping logistics with carriers and internal departments.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
