As a Shipping & Receiving Lead at Cirkul, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the shipping and logistics operations. You will coordinate with various departments, and ensure that products are dispatched efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and company goals.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, logistics or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in shipping software and logistics systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track shipping efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure that all shipments comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Make quick and informed decisions to address shipping issues, such as delays, discrepancies or inventory shortages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment on shipping requirements and expectations.
• Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all aspects of shipping operations.
• Ensure that shipments meet customer expectations for quality and delivery timeliness.
