About The Position

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join a local manufacturing team in Gainesville. This role is vital to the warehouse operations, involving the physical handling of incoming materials and outgoing products, as well as ensuring all items meet high-quality standards before shipment.

Requirements

No previous experience is necessary! We are willing to train candidates with a great work ethic.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift.
Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Ability to spot small defects during the inspection process.

Responsibilities

Manage the flow of all products, materials, and supplies.
Carefully inspect products (specifically industrial seating/chairs) for defects or damage before they are processed.
Collaborate with the warehouse team and logistics technicians to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.
Frequently lift and move items up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout the shift.
