Shipping and Receiving Lead
About The Position

As Shipping and Receiving Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the flow of materials across our Radioligand Therapy (RLT) site, ensuring inventory, shipping, receiving, and production support activities are executed safely, accurately, and compliantly. This position offers the opportunity to expand your leadership experience, partner across multiple functions, and contribute directly to operational excellence, supply chain performance, and the reliable delivery of innovative RLT therapies to patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required, including 2 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment with strong quality and compliance expectations.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, material control processes, and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule supporting 24x7 manufacturing operation.

- Previous team lead or supervisory experience within warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement activities across the Indianapolis RLT site.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for GxP documents and ERP transactions.
- Coordinate material staging and kitting activities to support manufacturing operations and production schedules.
- Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and transfer material to proper storage areas.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through periodic inventory counts, reconciliations, and compliant material disposition processes.
- Verify materials, labels, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and project participation.
- Serve as a team lead and escalation point while promoting safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
