About The Position

This role is responsible for filling customer orders accurately, operating warehouse machinery safely, and maintaining inventory records. The coordinator will manage shipping and receiving transactions, conduct physical inventories, and ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly. The position also requires adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Forklift operator experience required.

Nice To Haves

• 3 plus years’ warehouse and shipping and receiving coordinator experience preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customers’ orders in accordance with specifications on order form.
• Receive and read customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled.
• Operate warehouse machinery in a safe manner and report any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor.
• Ensure inventory and shipping transactions are completed.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
