CHEP is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to oversee shipping, receiving, and logistics activities at a manufacturing and warehousing facility. The role ensures timely and accurate movement of goods, compliant and complete shipment records, efficient purchase-order fulfillment, and accurate logistics and inventory data. The coordinator also supports production reporting and KPI analysis and serves as a liaison between plant management and logistics teams. This is a second-shift role, Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 12 AM, with flexibility to start earlier or stay later based on business needs. Occasional rotating Saturdays may be scheduled according to the production schedule. The employee must train on first shift, from 6 AM to 3 PM, for the first two weeks. Operations include three-shift sort-and-repair work with more than 120 employees, semi-automated industrial equipment, and a roughly 180,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehousing facility with more than 20 dock doors. The position is not remote.
