About The Position

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, processing goods receipts in SAP, and picking, packaging, and shipping spare parts orders to customers and job sites. This role also involves pulling and issuing parts to production orders, creating shipping documentation (including customs paperwork for international shipments), and coordinating expedited shipments. The clerk will utilize carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and will be responsible for loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments. Maintaining inventory accuracy through material transactions, serial number tracking, and reporting is crucial. The position supports warehouse operations through inventory control, backorder processing, and shipping material requisitions, while also ensuring a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. General administrative and inventory-related activities will also be part of the role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Experience with inventory transactions and material movement
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift materials and work in a physically active warehouse setting
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
