About The Position

AC Tool & Machine Company is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team in Germantown, WI. This role is responsible for various aspects of order fulfillment, documentation, quality assurance, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a first shift position with flexible hours and a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Forklift operation experience
Basic computer skills

Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and seal outgoing products according to carrier regulations and company standards.
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading (BOL).
Inspect packages for damages and verify that the outgoing items match the customer's order specifications.
Promptly unload incoming trucks and inspect freight for visible damage or missing items.
Compare delivered goods against company purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
Update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to accurately reflect incoming stock levels.
Sort and transfer received materials to their designated locations.
Conduct physical inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free shipping area and comply with all occupational and environmental safety regulations.
Perform other duties as necessary.
