As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, your role is to work in the shipping/warehouse area preparing order shipments and ensuring that incoming product is identified, accounted for and stored according to current process. You will also work with the delivery team and in some cases, be willing to deliver customer orders as well, to ensure that orders are delivered in a safe and timely manner. You will also be crossed trained in the mail order area due to its proximity to the shipping area and the volume of orders that are coming through the mail room that need to be shipped out to customers.
