Communication skills, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, attention to safety protocols, and exceptional time management skills, are critical to the success of this position within the organization.

Requirements

Computer Skills in billing and scanning, required.
Experience in Excel and Google Sheets, required.
IT experience / knowledge
Excellent verbal communications skills
High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented
Reliable transportation to and from work
Excellent attendance
Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to occasionally lift 35-50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of scanning and auditing plant shipments.
Communication with drivers and carriers such as dispatching loads and assigning trailers and back up to routing.
Organize documentation of shipments to vendors (Bills of Lading).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
All other duties on an as needed basis or assigned by the Logistics Manager.
