Requirements

  • Proficient in using basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a physical and fast-paced job; must be organized and work well independently
  • Energetic with the ability to be on your feet all day
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds daily
  • Shipping/Warehouse: 3 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse distribution, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking & packing techniques.
  • Experience with MRP systems (IQMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly.
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload goods safely.
  • Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and processing orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
