About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the shipping, receiving, and inventory of parts and supplies and support dealership operations. Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Match received items to purchase orders and packing slips.
• Record discrepancies and coordinate with vendors or management to resolve them.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Arrange shipping schedules and select efficient carriers.
• Help ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies to customers or internal departments.
• Organize and maintain parts storage areas for accessibility and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with reordering parts and supplies as needed.
• Help parts and service staff locate and retrieve items.
• Provide customer service to external and internal customers.
• Follow safety protocols when operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
