About The Position

As a Shipping Administrator, you will coordinate product movement across Warehouse, Logistics, QA, Production, and external warehouses while supporting accurate inventory, order processing, documentation, and customer shipping requirements.

Requirements

  • One to two years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in order processing, warehousing, and/or inventory management.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and prepare business reports, procedures, correspondence, and technical or regulatory information.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including email, record keeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
  • Ability to support departmental/company goals, follow safety procedures, and lead by example.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and perform moderate physical activity in a production/technical environment.
  • Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product movement, lot allocation, order processing, and shipping documentation to support timely and accurate shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, run shipping/inventory reports, and troubleshoot variances.
  • Prepare product, labels, samples, documents, and daily UPS shipments according to customer and quality requirements.
  • Maintain shipping records, customer history files, SOP instructions, shipping guides, load patterns, and label stock.
  • Participate in weekly order reviews, support Plant Pillars/GPS processes, and help drive a zero-loss culture.
  • Investigate shipping-related customer complaints, support root-cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong communication with Logistics, Customer Service, QA, Warehouse Operations, Production, and other partners.
  • Cross-train to provide vacation relief/backfill support for the Inventory Manager as needed.
  • Respond after hours when requested.
  • Comply with applicable occupational safety, health, and food safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
