Shipper and Receiver
About The Position
Roofmart, Canada’s National distributor for Exterior Building Supply for Roofing, Siding, Metal and Building Envelope, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shipper and Receiver to join their team. This role is responsible for the safe loading, unloading, movement, shipping, and receiving of products, ensuring order accuracy through correct picking, tagging, and verification. The position also requires compliance with health and safety regulations and may involve supporting additional operational tasks. Roofmart aims to foster a sense of accomplishment and contribution among its employees, investing in their knowledge and nurturing loyalty and teamwork.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift License (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs
- Previous Shipping and Receiving Experience
- Customer service skills
- Authorized to work in Canada

- Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience
Responsibilities
- Safely loading, unloading, moving, shipping, and receiving product
- Ensuring orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double checked
- Assisting as required with tapered insulation fabrication
- Assisting as required with metal shop operations
- Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
- Other duties as required
