About The Position
Roofmart, Canada’s National distributor for Exterior Building Supply for Roofing, Siding, Metal and Building Envelope, is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join their team as a Shipper and Receiver. With over 50 locations across Canada, Roofmart is strategically positioned to meet customer needs and is seeking individuals who can help grow the business.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift License (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs
- Previous Shipping and Receiving Experience
- Customer service skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, move, ship, and receive product and inventory.
- Ensure orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double-checked.
- Assist with tapered insulation fabrication as required.
- Assist with metal shop operations as required.
- Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
- Perform other duties as required.
