About The Position

Experienced Shipping associates in the Fulfillment department are responsible for storing, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Duties include selecting packaging, staging and moving product via U-boat, and labeling. The role works the 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM–11:45 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and up to 80 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, stated as 10+ hours per day.
• Attention to detail and ability to count.
• Ability to locate and identify specific items.
• Ability to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring the accuracy of their contents.
• Assist with distributing packing materials and disposing of empty boxes.
• Use an RF Scanner and Warehouse Management System to complete the shipment process for large items.
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders.
• Pack and seal boxes following standard procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
