About The Position

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is hiring a Shift Supervisor for their Livermore Location. As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the team, cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant. You will lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You'll be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Additionally, you’ll provide excellent training and support for new team members. Nation's adheres to a flexible approach that ensures all team members contribute to meeting customer needs, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees.

Responsibilities

Cashier – Provide excellent service with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
Cook – Prepare fresh, high-quality food items in a timely manner.
Food Prep – Organize and prep fresh produce to maintain product quality.
Light Janitorial – Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant to ensure a comfortable dining experience for our customers.
Lead your shift to provide excellent service and top-quality food.
Handle customer concerns and ensure crew members are following safety standards.
Manage employee breaks and timekeeping.
Act as a key trainer, providing guidance to new team members.
Handle restaurant orders and assist with paperwork.
Cover the manager’s day off when needed.
