Shift Supervisor - 2nd/3rd Shift

We are currently seeking a positive, dependable, and compassionate 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure our residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia
- Knowledge of the healthcare field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members
- Ensure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan
- Serve as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
- Communicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Dressing and personal hygiene, Toileting and bathing, Eating and hydration, Mobility assistance
- Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living: Housekeeping, Laundry, Care of personal belongings
- Monitor resident safety and overall well-being
- Accurately document care and significant observations
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment
- Complete light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Monitor supplies and complete necessary administrative tasks
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
- Participate in and support life enrichment programming when appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
