About The Position
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations, supervising employees, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining production efficiency, and meeting quality standards, SOPs, and GMP requirements. This position requires hands-on manufacturing leadership, equipment knowledge, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting production goals
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Has experience supervising production teams
- Enjoys solving equipment and process problems
- Is focused on safety, quality, and productivity
- Can effectively train and motivate employees
- Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
- Supervise all manufacturing activities during assigned shift
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Manage production personnel, equipment, facility conditions, and production metrics
- Coordinate with other shift supervisors and senior management
- Reduce scrap and improve production efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Identify root causes of operational problems and implement solutions
- Train and develop production employees
