About The Position

RKS Ventures, Inc., a Freddy’s franchisee, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant shifts and support daily operations at its Shawnee, Oklahoma location. The role focuses on delivering genuine hospitality, excellent guest service, and quality food in a team-oriented fast-casual restaurant. The Shift Supervisor sets the tone for each shift, supervises and develops team members, handles guest concerns, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Full-time and part-time options are offered, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for leadership development and internal promotion.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in restaurant or retail; quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for hospitality and team success.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-casual environment.

Responsibilities
