About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to create a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where customers can connect and feel cared for. You will direct and coordinate the work of other employees and prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations. The role includes meeting store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security, while providing customer service.

Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
