About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm and welcoming space for the community. You help create meaningful customer experiences and prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests. The role includes directing and coordinating coworkers’ work while meeting store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.

Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodations.
