About The Position

Splash In Eco Car Wash, part of The Wills Group, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Bowie, Maryland location. The supervisor helps drive wash and membership sales, maintain reliable operations, provide excellent customer service, and lead and support the team. The role includes preventive and general maintenance, customer issue resolution, point-of-sale and cash management, inventory control, cleanliness and appearance standards, and administrative coordination. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, and holidays; typical operating hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pay is $18.00–$22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, and the position is benefits eligible. Splash In highlights its use of water-reclamation technologies and eco-friendly products as part of its environmental stewardship.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete the employer-paid GED program.
1–3 years of supervisory experience in a car wash, retail, or hospitality operations role.
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to support a team and provide a positive guest experience.
Sales experience and a demonstrated ability to grow memberships and build customer loyalty.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Aptitude for technology, problem solving, and organization.
Results-driven approach and ability to analyze processes and reports.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

Responsibilities

Drive membership and wash sales through effective employee-customer interactions.
Perform preventive maintenance and general maintenance and repairs to support operational uptime.
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
Use point-of-sale systems and handle cash management and inventory control.
Train, motivate, and support employees, and ensure they wear appropriate uniforms.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards across the lot, wash bay, and other areas.
Stay organized and collaborate with the administrative assistant on employee support and membership sales tasks.
