About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where coffee sparks connection and brightens customers’ days. You will lead each shift with craft and care, direct and coordinate the work of others, and prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards, including customized customer orders.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Have at least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
