About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their Tice Outlet location. This full-time position is based in Fort Myers, Florida. Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to learn how to correctly use all point of sale and donation systems, office computer and telephone.
Skills to work in stressful conditions and use good judgment, patience and understanding.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Familiarity with business-related mathematics.
Ability to supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout and customer service.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
May have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives outlined in the store's budget.
Train staff to successfully comply with all production goals, merchandise standards, and customer service expectations.
Ensure full adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership to meet store performance standards.
Provide great customer service.
