About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a motivated, team-building, positive individual for a full-time Outlet Supervisor position at their Flint Warehouse location. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years’ retail experience (or related type work)
• Ability to use the cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies and procedures
• Ability to work full time; all shifts Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and extra shifts as necessary
• Ability to lift 15-35 pounds
• Ability to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet
• Must have a valid Michigan driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have telephone access
• Ability to bend and stoop

Responsibilities

• Open/Close Store
• Ensure the building is Secure
• Assist with procedures related to cash registers and cash handling
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service
• Maintain safe and secure work environment
• Ability to appropriately handle customer concerns and or complaints
• Stock and return merchandise
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed appropriately
• Maintain overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store
• Adhere to and enforce all Goodwill policies and procedures
