The Outlet Supervisor role involves maintaining knowledge of the Micros POS system, driving customer service standards, demonstrating operational agility, achieving company goals, providing direction to associates for efficient floor operations, customer service, coverage, and visual standards, and assisting the F&B Manager and Executive Chef with overseeing shipping and receiving of food & beverage related items, as well as managing stock room operations and product flow according to company standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of Micros POS system including setup & maintenance
Driving Customer Service Standards
Demonstrates operational agility based on the needs of the business
Achieve company goals for processes and programs
Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, and execution of visual standards
Assist F&B Manager and Executive Chef and oversee shipping & receiving of food & beverage related items
Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the stock room and product flow
Maintain company standards and guidelines around product flow process and shipping & receiving procedures
