About The Position

Sonesta International Hotels, the 8th largest hotel company in the U.S. with over 1000 properties, is seeking an Outlet Supervisor. The company is rapidly growing and is driven by the human side of hospitality, aiming to deliver service with passion and create connecting experiences. The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the Micros POS system, driving customer service standards, demonstrating operational agility, and achieving company goals. The role involves providing direction and guidance to associates for efficient floor operations, customer service, coverage, and visual standards. Additionally, the supervisor will assist the F&B Manager and Executive Chef in overseeing shipping and receiving of food and beverage items, and ensure efficient stock room operations and product flow according to company standards. The position requires flexibility to work AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of Micros POS system including setup & maintenance
Drive Customer Service Standards
Demonstrate operational agility based on the needs of the business
Achieve company goals for processes and programs
Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, and execution of visual standards
Assist F&B Manager and Executive Chef and oversee shipping & receiving of food & beverage related items
Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the stock room and product flow
Maintain company standards and guidelines around product flow process and shipping & receiving procedures
