About The Position

The Shift Supervisor safely directs guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and discusses LUV Car Wash membership options with customers. The role is responsible for opening and closing procedures, supervising daily duties, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers. The supervisor reports to the General Manager and is classified as non-exempt. The position requires regular, reliable attendance; assisting customers at self-service kiosks; marketing membership options; opening and closing operations; cleaning the tunnel and equipment; following company policies and procedures; and performing other assigned duties. Employees must keep current with applicable job competencies and company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website. The work involves standing for a full shift, working outdoors in all types of weather and changing environments, moving equipment and tools, and lifting at least 30 pounds. Basic knowledge of car features is needed.

Requirements

Age 18 or older is preferred.
Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
