About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & The Juice, you help keep the store running smoothly and create a positive, high-energy experience for guests and team members. You lead the shift through effective operations, delegation, and team support while maintaining store standards and helping Juicers develop. The role is based at either Uptown Park or White Oak Dr. in Houston and reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
Ability to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
Ability to safely handle and use sharp objects.
Ability to work near and operate a hot grill.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and providing feedback to keep the team focused.
Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system; maintain cleanliness, safety, and Pink Standards, and report and document issues promptly and honestly.
Support new Juicers’ training through the Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation process.
Lead by example in creating warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally with a guest-first approach.
Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
