About The Position

Vibe Restaurants is seeking an experienced New Store Opening (NSO) Trainer to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing new restaurants and their teams for successful grand openings through on-site training and post-opening support and analysis. The NSO Trainer will be a key part of the company's growth by ensuring new locations are set up for success from day one.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a restaurant operations training role or a similar position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly support calls to provide recommendations on product ordering, scheduling, and training based on sales forecasts.
• Complete a pre-opening checklist to ensure the restaurant is ready for training.
• Lead on-site operational training for managers and teams at Wingstop locations.
• Provide training on Point-of-Sale (POS) and Back-Office (NBO) systems.
• Create a training summary and analyze business trends after each new restaurant opening.
• Review findings and provide recommendations for improvement to the leadership team.
