Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Mechanical experience is crucial.
Experience in injection molding and processing is also vital.
Comfortable using various manufacturing software and tools to monitor processes and maintain accurate records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
