The Shift Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of residential unit operations during assigned shifts, supervising Residential Treatment Specialists and ensuring the consistent implementation of trauma-informed care, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) practices, and restraint reduction strategies. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining program structure, modeling emotional regulation and professional behavior, directing staff during crisis situations, and ensuring the safety and well-being of youth and staff within the residential environment.
